It’s also extending the hours of its light rail and deploying a dozen free park and ride shuttle options to accommodate visitors. The shuttle service plan is made possible through a collaboration between Downtown Phoenix Inc., Valley Metro and community sponsors Visit Phoenix, APS, Lewis Roca, the University of Arizona and Cordia. The partnership will offer free light rail rides to people who are attending paid and free events at the Phoenix Convention Center, Footprint Center and Margaret T. Hance Park.
